1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your football jersey purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Returns only applicable for manufacturing defects or defects during transit only.
• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
• No replacement will be applicable after 24 hours of the delivery of the product.
• Our policy lasts 1 day (24 hrs) post-delivery of the product.
• Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• Condition for a return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable items

• Any kind of customized jerseys (with player names, numbers, or personalized text) are non-returnable
• Clearance or final sale items non-returnable
• Gift cards applied products are non-returnable

3. Refunds (if applicable)

• Refunds are applicable only if the jersey is damaged or the quality is not upto the mark. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 5-7 working days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect).

4. Exchange (if applicable)

• Only for plain jersey orders.
• We offer you exchanges for size or item variations, subject to stock availability for plain jerseys only.
• Exchange charges will be applied from your place to our warehouse & for the new shipment sent.
• Charges depends on your location of delivery.
• Contact our customer support to initiate an exchange at support@footballninja.in.

5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@footballninja.in.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items (if applicable)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your football jersey purchase. Eligible only in below condition:

• Defect: torn jersey, wrongly print.
• Incorrect: received the wrong club/country/size jersey
• In worst case if you received a defective or incorrect jersey, please contact us at support@footballninja.in within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing videos (Unboxing videos is mandatory) and a brief description of the issue.
• In such case will arrange the return pickup for the defective/incorrect jersey from your place to our warehouse.
• We only arrange the return pickup for the genuine defective/incorrect product.
• Once we receive and inspect your defective/incorrect jersey, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your defective/incorrect jersey.
• We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your defective/incorrect jersey.
• If you are approved, then we’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
• You are not approved, because the complaint didn’t match the above condition
